Perhaps you remember our crocheted ‘Lipstick’ shawl ?

Worn either around the shoulders or as a scarf… 

You can make it in any type of fingering or lace yarn. For a narrow scarf you’ll need 400m and for a larger version (like the one in the photo) you’ll need 600 to 800m.

Materials used : 1 (2) skeins of  fingering  lace yarn ; 1 crochet 3,5mm

Instructions : Make a chain of  268 sts. and start with 3ch then turn work. Continue in the asymmetric shell  pattern  as shown in our diagram, repeat rows 2 and 3 continuously until you reach a point or until you finish the yarn. Make sure you have enough yarn to complete the row.
